I. Tournament Format - The max amount of players per team is 10.
- Tournament format is Pool Play followed by a Double Elimination Tournament.
- During pool play, each team will be a guaranteed atleast 3 games.
- A team's pool play record will determine their seed in the tournament.
- The tournament format is double elimination.
- Every team will begin the tournament in the winner's bracket until they receive their first loss.
- If a team loses, they will advance to the loser's bracket, where your team must win to advance.
- The champion from the loser's bracket must beat the team from the winner’s bracket twice.
- After Pool Play, tie breaker will be determined by head to head record, then least points allowed, then a coin flip.
II. Prior to play - Each team must have all players check in and sign the County of San Diego Hold Harmless Release form.
- Changes to roster must be made at the registration table before pool play begins.
- A player my only participate on one team for the duration of pool play and the tournament.
- Before each game, every player must check in at the scores table and designate one player as team captain.
III. Pool Play - All games will be played on a full court.
- The game will consist of one 20-minute game, with a running clock. The clock will be stopped only on time-outs and unnecessary delays. If the point spread is 11 points or more at the two (2) minute mark the clock will continue to run. If the teams' scores are 10 points or less of each other at the two (2) minute mark, regulation stop-clock will be in effect.
- If the score is tied at the end of regulation time, a “sudden death” period will follow. The ball will be jumped and first team to score will win. All team and personal fouls will carry over. No timeouts will be awarded to the teams.
- Teams are allowed two (1) time-out per game.
- Players will be granted 4 fouls per game.
IV. Tournament Play - All games will be played on a full court.

If point spread is 11 points or more at the last two (2) minute mark of the second half, the clock will continue to run. If the teams' scores are 10 points or less of each other at the two (2) minute mark, regulation stop-clock will be in effect.
- If the score is tied at the end of regulation time, a 2 min. overtime period will be played. The ball will be jumped and the fouls will remain the same. Each team will be granted one timeout and the clock will stop in the last min. If the score is tied at the end of the overtime period, a “sudden death” period will follow. The ball will be jumped and first team to score will win. All team and personal fouls will carry over. No timeouts will be awarded to the teams.
- Teams are allowed two (1) time-out per game.
- Players will be granted 4 fouls per game.
